i have been looking on the bio rules and i can't find hidan. he uses no kekei genkei, so are there no rules for him? i'm probably just missing it and there are but please tell me.

NO, there are no rules for Hidan he can be made by anyone(im a Hidan user) THE only thing you need to know is that you need S class ninja to use his reverse Punishment jutst

oh thanks, i already prepared a bio for him then i relied i had completely forgot to check the rules

He doesn't have any rules because he doesn't need any. That immortality stuff works in the manga, but RPwise it isn't that big of a deal, so everyone can make the bio as long as you have 50 posts.
