Gai and lee would plan the timing to strike since they're more intelligent that they look like, and would land a successfup strike. But the thing is, none of thier taijutsu without eight gates is gonna even scratch hidan lmao. And hidan can easily get blood from them by stretching the scythe. Kakashi looked like he was shitting his ass off at hidan's strikes. It's already stated kakashi has better taijutsu than lee. Guy would be pushing hidan, but the end victor will obviously be hidan, since an opponent at kakashi's level like guy, he can handle easily. With little effort.

hidan if gai and lee has no knowledge of his main ability , gai and lee if they have knowledge , ninja tools, and perfect timing. pretty tough fight tho
