So I think Zabuza takes this mid to high diff.

While I think Hidan is better at taijutsu while he is trying to make his seal I think a water dragon jutsu will wipe his seal away and push him out of it simulataneously.
His use of water clones should easily fool Hidan especially with the mist.

I wouldn't really count confirmations of people who (you have no idea whether or not they may really be biased) and can't confirm it from a position where their opinions would actually matter (Kind of sounds **** but it's true)

With full knowledge and intent to kill i don't see how Zabuza loses. Hidan doesn't use is brain and would probably just shout at the mist; the next second is head is flying.

And wouldn't his entire seal be washed away by warer dragon jutsu as well as him being removed from it.

Unless the blood is washed away immediately or shortly after only a water tech that really sprays incredibly hard like a power washer or sasori in the anime could remove it, IMO

I would assume the water dragon has enough power.

I would also posit that hitting Zabuza in the mist would be difficult. With no sensory skills, and no means to get out of the mist.

I think that Hidan will win. Zabuza cannot harm Hidan, he was a well suited partner for Kakuzu, who couldn't kill him. The mist isn't a permanent solution, Hidan will still be able to reat if Zabuza comes close enough, and Ninjutsu will not pose a problem for him.

I think the argument is he randomly swings his scythe around and hopes to hit zabuza in the mist when it reality that's very uncharacteristic of him.

zabuza uses hidden mist and slices him up kakuzu wont put him back so gg hidan will never get the curse going
