I read all the chapters carefully.. And maybe it is the reason why I think that she is weakest.. Just my opinion..

Nah.. He copared her speed because she attacked at the same tame as Raikage..
And in battle against Madara, it showed how much Tsunade is stupid..
She could heal other Kages, she had lots of chakra, or she could summon Katsuya to healing them but she prefered to fight against him even she could do nothing.
Really, she hasn't any defense and any attack against Susanoo. She could break only ribs by her strongest hit..
And now, when them all are almost dead, she changed her mind and want to heal them?
She really isn't so good how other people think.
She is weakest among Kages..

Actually Tsunade attacked first and not together with raikage
Her defense she tanked yasaka magatma is that not enough she has instant regeneration please she took down a complete version of susanoo being inpaled with two swords hahaha i cannot see that any other kage can do that
Among the kages Mei is the weakest Tsunade and Oonoki are the best its i fact kishi has given Tsunade special showtime during the fight five kages vs madara because she is more important and stronger than mei and others l
Hidan is the weakest akatsuki member and Tsunade woud take him down very very easy its a fact
