Minato wins low diff. Without intel hidan is going to crazy rush Minato like he always does in battle, and not react to when Minato teleports. Minato is smart, smart enough to figure out Obito's transparency, he can figure out Hidan's immortality's weakness (losing the head) without too much trouble. Not even the Raikage could lay a hand on Minato, how is Hidan (who is slower) going to hit him?
