kakuzu would win hands down. Kakashi even stated kakuzu was the definite stronger of the two. Hidan is a one-trick pony.

Even without his masks, hidan would have a hell of a time drawing blood against iron skin, and an opponent who is both faster, far superior physically, and posesses an extremely versatile body.
