Kakazu extremely low diff. After Kakazu cuts off Hidan's head, Hidan cannot move.Then Hidan will die from de-hydration/malnutrition. He can die. Not immortal.

Earth grudge wouldnt prevent the ritual from stabbing his heart or whatever, it'd prevent Hidan from doing the ritual at all. No blood.
