Hidan definitely has impressive Agility, and is most likely faster than any of the jonin, but I don't think it would be enough. When he fought Kakashi it was 1v1, so Hidan wasn't distracted by anything that could slow him down. In this fight, He'd have to deal with Shikaku's shadow possesion and Aoba's crows simultaneously, while fighting in close combat against a hyuuga who specializes in cqc, and two other high-level Jonin. If Shikaku wasn't there, he could simply take the hits, but Shikaku can completely restrain him. All they have to do is get him in the shadow possession jutsu and it's over.
Attacks like hyuuga rotation and stuff are useless against hidan . Hidan could go at near kakashi speed and take some blood , even kakashi was struggling to not get hit by the scythe . These guys who have lower reaction and speed below wont be able to react to his full speed attacks . Also the crows are limited and can be evaded with his speed . Ibiki's jutsu is useless as it is pain-oriented .
Asuma has stated that pinpointing attacks dont work against hidan .
And asuma is very skilled with his blade that he was able to stop samehada with it but he was incapable of successfully blocking hidan's scythe .
Also shikamaru with kage mane still couldnt stop hidan from over powering asuma .
Hidan doesn't use chakra so stopping his tenketsu and gentle fist is useless .
Hidan's reaction speed is too great for any of them to land an attack even with the shadow possession .
Just dragging the scythe on the ground creates a huge trail .
The rope of the scythe was strong enough to block kunai so the three blades are far stronger than a hyuuga can handle .
It'll crush through thier defense all the while hidan keeps evading thier attacks .
