Tsunade Wins.
She can't die in Combat, She can Easily sacrifice a Drop of Blood to get a Full BodyBlow on Hidan.
Half of His Body would Get blown to Bits because of her strength.
Tsunade is a bad match up for him.

Tsunade probably wins more often than not.
But honestly, Hidan is one of the most underestimated characters on this forum. While Tsunade despite her average feats for a kage, is wanked like no tomorrow.
Did someone just say Hidan wont be able to hit Tsunade? Get that crap out of here now, a part 1 Kabuto who was isn't great a taijutsu by his own admission was able to tag Tsunade on more than one occasion, and even react to her linear attacks.
Hidan managed to draw blood from Asuma (A character who is faster than Tsunade)
But yeah, Tsunade has her boss summon which would give her the advantage, while he could evade it, Tsunade would also be attacking him.
Not a stomp by any means, Hidan has a chance.

Tsunade wins, easily.
If she can survive being impaled by a giant susanoo blade which definately destroyed many of her vital organs, and a direct hit from a susanoo magatama. I dont think Hidan could possiblel kill her unless he cuts off his own head, making her'd fall off as well.

Tsunade wins because even if he gets her blood. She isn't going to let him perform the ritual which he takes a few minutes to set up I'd say. He'll never have time with her speed and power.
