Hidan may survive being beheaded, but he can't survive complete annihilation.

Well, his immortality doesn't prevent him from taking damage or getting incapacitated.
In face of such explosion his body would get so mangled there just wouldn't be repair for him anymore. I presume it is too overkill for him to survive and he would die. Even if he managed to survive that I think there wouldn't be enough brain cells to form a counsciousness and he would be just like a vegetable scattered here and there.
