Hidan needs more development?

Well not Hidan himself, but the God he worships and the one who gave him immortality, strangely enough wouldn't anyone want that power? He kept on talking about it and then just got defeated, I think this ''God'' should come to save him or somesort. If this God actually has a body.​

Sadly, the Jashin Cult will never get fully explained. A death cult that gives ninja immortality to kill and spread their religion seems like a great manga villain. You could squeeze an arc out of them.

And who is Lord Jashin? Hidan made him seem like a real guy. He probably had some connection with Orochimaru or Tobi given his abilities. Maybe Lord Jashin is Orochimaru? And you'd think he would want Shikamaru's soul for calling him a nobody. What other plans did the Jashin Cult have?

But alas, they aren't Uchiha, so Kishi don't care.
