I think the image speaks for itself. But if you want more we have to remember hidan is immortal making it very likely he first joined nagato in the akatsuki.
Also you notice that all those members are no longer akatsuki members most likely from being killed and the enemie most likely made a mistake with hidan as he is immortal leaving him one of the last survivors and joining the akatsuki.

Thats definitely him standing there. But what I don't get is, since Kakuzu must have joined later than Hidan, why they let Kakuzu tear through former partners before they paired him up with Hidan

OT: While that guy looks like Hidan, it isn't. He isn't from Ame and he was the second newest member of Akatsuki at the time of his introduction to the series, making it impossible for it to be him.
