Edo tensei shinobi, the same as Hidan if not better; not dying wise, were defeated with minimal issue for the most part and they had deadly jutsu.

Hidan woulda been useless!

Pretty effective, unless Shikamaru or anyone of his intelligence were around.

His Jutsu is highly underrated, but at the same time he needs partner support or else it doesn't really
