The moment Guy attacks Hidan recklessly, then Guy won't be able to fight after the combo since Hidan can just take his blood and make a circle ( None of them knows about their opponent's abilities and techs ).

We know Guy won't just stay there and watch, but I am pretty sure Hidan has already planned to distract Guy with his weapon while drawing the blood circle. No need for Kakuzu to fight.

Guy is the best tai jutsu user in all of Naruto. It's more likely that he'll beat the crap out of Hidan before he realises that nothing's happening. Hidan got some of Asuma's blood simply because Asuma isn't as powerful as Guy, whereas Guy can keep up with Kakashi in tai jutsu and Kakashi has got the sharingan. If Guy even decides to use his weapon (can't remember what it's called) then GG.
