Kakuzu was already down three hearts at that time and the move destroyed Naruto's arm too. Also,Sakura wouldn't be able to defeat Hidan with no intel on his abilities. I say the Immortal Pair take thus mid-diff

Immortal duo wins.
They were keeping team 10 + Kakashi at bay, i can't see Naruto and Sakura keeping up with a psycho coming at them + elemental blasts coming from behind him and still be able to pull off their own combos.
Naruto can't beat a 100% Kakuzu with 5 hearts, with one of them granting access to Domu.
Sakura still doesn't have the jutsus and skill necessary to take on Hidan so...
