Knowledge: manga=Kakuzu and Hidan know Orochimaru, Orochimaru knows Kakuzu and Hidan. Kabuto doesn't know them and they don't know him
Distance: 10 metres at the start
Prep: Two days for Kakuzu and Hidan, an hour for Orochimaru and Kabuto
Restriction: Summoning any kage with ET

Kabuto can definitely take on Hidan.

Oro and Kakuzu are an interesting match up imo. Both can handle their bodies severed. Oro has giant summons, but Kakuzu has his heart-monsters. Now, Sanju Rashomon is a good protection against those, though.

Altogether I'm quite sure Oro and Kabuto take this.

Not that sure this Kabuto can handle Hidan so easily. Kabuto's style is centered on the short range combat, as well as Hidan's, and his overall level is equal or a bit lower than First Serie Kakashi's. Now, Hidan almost overwhelmed Shippuden Kakashi in short range combat, plus he's immortal and can perform with his comrade the "Oh no he's hitting me too.. oh too bad, I'm immortal" combo.
Kakuzu with Orochimaru has definitely a hard time.. I mean, Kakuzu's attacks are for sure more disruptive, but they aren't anything but elemental blasts, a thing that Oro can surpass. Orochimario also held his own against the Kyuubi at 4 tails, that is definitely stronger than Kakuzu, so I'm quite sure he can take this with consistent effort.

What does he do to Doton: Domu? If Kakuzu manages to take just a drop from his blood and give it to Hidan, Orochimaru is done

Oro without his arms fought 4 tails, and this is an amped version of oro, having his arms as well as zetsu enhancement (buffing someone who is already hard to kill), kusanagi can cut diamond too, its not gonna be easy taking out the immortal duo, it would be an extreme high diff, if oro does'nt get a normal jounin edo that is, with that, it makes it easier

Zetsu oro most likley doesn't have blood cuz of zetsu and in shippuden I don't think I really seen oro bleed cuz of body changes enhancements etc p

Anyway I wasn't referring to Zetsu Orochimaru, but to the Oro that fought the team 7 during the Chuunin Exams
