Hiashi's Airpalm

Hiashi used a air palm variation that made hinatas look like a sneeze. It was atleast 10 fold unless its just perspective that makes hers looks small. ( I dont think so though, notice hiashi's destroys earth around the groundat his feet and on contact while hinata's doesnt.)

asuming that this chackra is about naruto's 1 or 2 tails strength, does this mean that hiashi has kyuubi chackra levels/ ninjutsu strength?

Well, Hiashi has both of his hands up in the air. I assume he went 100% on his air palm, while Hinata didn't. She probably doesn't know the full extent of her power with the added chakra. I'm fairly sure Hiashi doesn't have bijuu level chakra.

Well, it's not really shown how much power Hinata used against the Juubi from what Naruto gave her. It's also not entirely clear what the purpose/context of her attack was. Hinata's character is somewhat reserved, and would probably be hesitant to start blasting away at full power. I'd have to check the page - but Hiashi's attack may very well have been to do much more than simply give the Juubi pause.

It's not clear exactly how much power he used, either.

Though it would be silly to consider him fodder. Whether or not he's on Kakashi or Kage standards is yet to be seen.
