OT: I'd say Sound 4, simply because of their numbers and teamwork. We haven't seen that much from Hiashi either.

Unfortunately, Hiashi can counter every single one of their moves.

The only way Sound 4 can win is to overwhelm him, via too much for Hiashi to counter.

Oto Four mid-difficulty.

Tayuya still has her Makyō to decrease his speed down. Sakon takes on battle with him, and can't get his chakra canal shut down due to Ukon who can work as makeshift to produce more chakra to him. As we can see, Naruto broke the restrictions with Kurama's chakra and could produce his own.

Then there's Kidōmaru, who can shoot his arrows at Hiashi without any worries about him avoiding since Sakon is there battling CQC. Jirōbō can at chance lock him in Dōro Domu. Tayuya aids her with Makyō who can enter and exit the cell without any door. Even if he sees the Makyō with his Byakūgan, he'll tire out due to his chakra being deplenished and drained. After awhile, Jirōbō opens the dome up and Kidōmaru ends it with his arrow.​
