Does Hiashi even have feats beside the Juubi tail one? I mean, he is portrayed as the strongest of the Hyuga, but that means nothing againts Hebi Sasuke's portrayal. How can one even reach to the conclusion that he is stronger than Sasuke + Orochimaru?

Sasuke wins high difficulty. 3 tomoe equalizes taijutsu or puts it in Sasukes favor. I assume Hiashi is fast enough not to get speed blitzed. Chidori current is a problem though. Kirin is a problem. I say Itachi takes it high difficulty.
