But yeah, i think Gai>Hiashi while the other 2 are about equals since the amount of people they can beat are around same level but differ depending on matchups. Though Lee is about a single feat or opening 1 more gate away from being above.

Nah, I'm just a little biased when it comes to Rock Lee Vs Neji. They're pretty equal by current feats, imo. Though, as you said, Rock Lee is like a gate away from definitely being above Neji. I think Rock Lee/Gai capabilities at there absolute peak is above a Hyuga; at least from what they have displayed.
