Sasori - Sasori wins high diff. Hiashi has a good defence but he can't spam Kaiten. He'll worn out against Sasori's barrage of attacks.
Diedara - Same as above, Deidara's long range guerrilla attacks could be stopped but for how long ? He'll get tired eventually.
Hidan - Hiashi wins this one even without intel. He won't get hit, Hidan is slow, to slow against a Hyuuga.
Kakuzu - Kakuzu takes this low-med diff.
Konan[paper Ocean is restricted] - I don't see a way for Hiashi to harm her, she could fool him with explosive clones easily. Konan wins.
Itachi[genjutsu is restricted] - Difficulty of this fight will depend on how merciful Itachi will be against him.
Kisame - Sharks will eat a Hyuuga tonight.
Tobi/Obito[MS and Rinnegan is restricted] - His stamina is couple tiers above Hiashi's. Long range fire style would keep Hiashi in defensive, he'll get tired before Tobi eventually. Than Wood Spikes will show us what Hiashi is made of.

Thats the problem. Hiashi is Hyuuga, he can seperate Hidan from his Scythe with Air Palm attacks.

I don't think he can beat any of them tbh...Maybe zetsu but even then isn't his chakra weird or some shit?
