Yes, I did change some things - but they were changes based on feats. Besides, his total is still the same.
Hiashi was said to be a stronger Ninja than 3T Kakashi, Gai Sensei, Kabuto Pre-Oro-Absorption, and Yamato. Although he has been loved by many, Itachi's weakness is Taijutsu. No, he's not bad at it, but when an opponent knows to not look in the eyes and can control his chakra to get out of weak Genjutsu, you know that Itachi's in trouble. Not to mention that Hiashi would destroy Itachi in a Taijutsu fight, especially because Genjutsu (Itachi's specialty) is not an issue. Chou Rotation Wall would take care of Totsuka Blade, and Hiashi with his good-enough stamina would simply outlast Itachi's Susano'o because he can't maintain it for long. Last, but not least, Chou Rotation will take care of Amaterasu. Looks like we got ourselves a new Solo King, huh?
