In response to some of the opposing comments about Hiashi in my previous thread under the same name, and use of the new chapter I would like to make a comparison between two of the same jutsu, one by Hinata Powered-Up by Kyuubi Chakra, and another by Hiashi's Chakra alone:

a shinobi is not judged to a kage level just because he showed off some strong jutsus out of nowhere. read the manga where Itachi lectures Naruto.
