Who would win in a battle between Hyuuga's main branch leader and the 5th hokage, Tsunade?

Both are 5/5 in Taijutsu. Hiashi has the advantage in speed, while Tsunade has power and medical ninjutsu on her side. But Hiashi also has gentle fist.

Conditions: In character, but it's a fight to the death.

Restrictions: No summonings, but all other shown abilities allowed.

Location: In the final arena where the Chuunin exams took place.


And for those who say Tsunade will win because she's "hokage" level, Hiashi has demonstrated many powerful abilities of his own. Most recently, his ridiculously huge air palm:

With knowledge hiashi wins mid diff. Hiahsi not only has better speed he also has better hand speed, the only thing tsunade has over him is strength which would barely matters here. Tsunade sloppy and linear taijutsu style is will also not help against the best taijutsu style in this manga.
