1) If Tsunade fights Hiashi in CQC, Hiashi would dominate Tsunade in CQC but this gives Mei the time to keep distance. Mei can easily use water pillar from underneath catching Hiashi off guard. He can see the chakra being prepared but due to the AoE of the water pillar and the short amount of time it takes for it to erupt from the ground, Hiashi won't dodge especially when he is busy engaging Tsunade in CQC. This allows Tsunade to summon Katsuyu which will envelop Hiashi.

Dodges most of the attacks, lands 1 hit on Hiashi, game over. Dude wasn't even stronger than Kakashi in the manga...

It is manga fact Jyuken destroys chakra related Jutsu with no difficulty. Mei's water jutsu doesn't even compare to the force of the juubi so you have no point there. It is fact on Elemental ninjutsu and Chakra related substance, no disputing. Not only would He see the water from her or the ground before it is even a factor, he moves his hands at a much much much faster rate then she can move her hands to preform said jutsu. Plus she would have to wait for tsunade to get in place and aid her in that sitting duck strategy, and Hyuga's build chakra faster then mei could ever muster it up due to perfect insight and perfect chakra control.

I'm not talking about an ordinary jutsu from Mei as Hiashi would shit on it. I'm talking about a boosted suiton from Mei. Well Tsunade is right beside Mei to protect her from harm's way. The vacuum palm would send the two of them flying a massive distance, giving them additional range and they can survive if Tsunade can do

I agree that Hiashi's arm/hand movement speed is much faster than Mei's so even though making a hand seal is way faster than thrusting the palm, in this case they'd be equal.

Mei had already made the hand seal to use suiton but due to being low on chakra, she couldn't knead chakra fast enough much like against Spiral Zetsu but we've seen her jutsu execution to be top notch in other instances.

It you did not see Hiashi needed to ready a stance before using an air palm of that size. In that time Mei can use a water pillar and completely ruin his base for the air palm.

So Mei can create the necessary hand seals and spit out the Suiton but Hiashi can't simply make a very slight adjustment to his stance and throw a palm which releases a shockwave at supersonic speeds? No, that's not how it works. Even if the water gets released after his air palm shockwave is created, she still gets completely crushed.

He smashes her with Air palms, his Byakugan, Jyukken and Twin Lion Fist. She stands no chance versus him in a straight up CQC match. He can see her chakra build up on her arm and counter it accordingly with his Jyuken.

She isnt spitting out anything. Water pillar comes from underneath him which is why I say completely destroys his base for his attacks. I think hiashi wins but no he is not negging her with an air palm.

Why does she stand no chance in CQC? What are his feats? I have seen all of his feats(All 8? pages of them) and nothing in those feats allows him to stand against Tsunade in straight CQC. And no being Hyuga is not a feat. The only thing which stops Tsunade from destroying him is Kaiten which will keep her back for some time but she eventually gets through.
