Amaterasu can be prepped in his eye and then used when he sees fit. Just because he can see its building up doesnt mean he knows when it will be released. There is no getting it off once it appears on the body, the burning is too much to even concentrate to get it off.

"Full body blow" will effectively expell chakra from the body, casually getting rid of Ama.

While hiashi can also prep chakra around himself to protect from sasuke's preped ama and can simply launch a air wall sending him and his prepped ama flying.

With what? P1 CS2 Sasuke tanks any air palms Hiashi throws at him, and by feats he is faster, more agile and smarter. Hiashi gets blitzed and chidoried.

Amateratsu is a non-factor, but Hiashi still loses. Enton is a factor though.

Indeed they would. He was keeping up with Bee speed wise, he kept up with v1 Ay and outplayed his Striking speed (elbow), he dodged Deidara's attacks with ease bar C2, he could've blitzed Deidara in the beginning of the fight had he not gone for Tobi in one occasion and had Tobi tell him Sasuke's location in the other. Though it would be much easier with EMS Sasuke's speed feats, I still have no reason as to why Hiashi can react to a striking speed greater than Ay's in v1 and a movement speed quick enough to blitz Deidara.

The bolded doesn't mean anything. What you have to show is positive evidence that Hiashi WOULDN'T be able to react to a striking speed greater than V1 Ei and movement speed quick enough to blitz deidara.

Plus, sasuke isn't anywhere near V1 Ei's movement speed, being able to blitz Ei via sharingan precog doesn't put sasuke at his speed or greater, just like sasuke at VoTe wasn't at KN0 NAruto's speed despite sasuke blitzing naruto. Hiashi, unlike ei, isn't going to be running right at sasuke like ei did, and unlike Ei, hiashi has both the byakugan to boost his reactions and he ha things like 15 meter kaiten which can both damage and send sasuke flying if he gets anywhere near hiashi.

What the fùck. This is what they call burden of proof fallacy. Debating doesn't work this way, that's like telling me to give you evidence that Sasuke can blitz some genin I've never heard of, despite him having no impressive speed/reaction feats. Give me a feat of his reaction speed, striking speed or movement speed and then we're talking. Till then it's a moot point.

I never said he was as fast as Ay now did I? I said he was keeping up with v1 Ay, meaning he's comparable. Unless you want to disprove me, then there's not much to argue here, his v2 is in its own league, his v1 isn't close to as impressive. Byakugan boosts reactions? Since when? It has no pre-cog, so Sasuke still blitzes until you can prove otherwise. Sasuke was far quicker than Deidara in Hebi, Deidara was quicker than Gaara's sand when he was still a Jinchuriki, I can't see how you came to the conclusion that MS Sasuke can't blitz Hiashi. Not to mention, Aoda busts through any Kaiten at this point.
