These attacks of Kakuzu’s could all be countered through reflecting and defending against them with Divine Revolution, a jutsu that not only blocks attacks, but also deflects chakra back to the opponent.
Hiashi could also defend his body by using chakra cloaks, preventing any real harm to come to his body.
Moreover, Air [wall] Palms, which have shown to have enough force to send someone as heavy as Kisame and even the Ten Tails gargantuan hand-tail flying at extreme speeds, would be very uselful in repelling these attacks so that Hiashi would not get hurt.
An alternative that Hiashi could use in order to defend against these attacks is using Twin lion Fists in order to absorb any of Kakuzu’s elemental attacks
MASKS
As mentioned above, Air [Wall] Palm has shown the power to send some extremely heavy objects flying, so it should come to no one as a surprise when I say that these masks, each containing a single heart, could easily be one shotted by Air Palms, given that this attack is essentially nothing more than a ranged Gentle Fist, so it would be easy for such an attack to destroy the hearts of each mask.
THREADS
Not much to discuss here. As shown in Neji VS Kidmaru, the Gentle Fist user is capable of channeling their chakra through other material as a medium in order to get to the opponent’s organs. Kakuzu even daring to bring these out in order to subdue Hiashi would spell the end of the battle for him, as Hiashi would casually be capable of channeling chakra through all of his chakra points, through the threads, and ultimately causing extreme amounts of damage to Kakuzu’s hearts and organs.
DOMU
As impressive as this jutsu is, it’s effect is completely and utterly meaningless against the Gentle Fist, given the fact that Domu hardens the body, whilst Gentle Fist is focused on destroy the body from the inside out.
