What the hell? DB states it's only taught to the main family of the Hyuga, it's not an original technique. Guess who the head of the main family is? The guy who's supposed to be adept at all of the clan's secret techniques, the only guy who has access to jutsu like the Forehead seal Juinjutsu. Its power is based on chakra control, and based on the fact that Hiashi can release far more chakra from his hand then Neji and Hinata can combined, he logically has far greater chakra control. Not sure why people are mentioning the Uchiha leader when he's nothing comparable to the guy who's portrayed as >>>> any other Hyuga, and the guy who has jutsu no other Hyuga has access to, and the guy who is supposed to be teaching the main family the jutsu since the leader of the clan is the one who needs to pass down the secret techniques of the clan instead of learn them.
