hahah hey guys. i have this crazy theory! and since i dont know how to work this site, im just gonna write it on here. just hear me out. you know tibi right? or course you do. you know how he is trying to accomplish the moons eye plan? what if... he he knew that if there was a strong enough power, the 5 nations would be forced to work together. tobi plans on losing but putting up a fight tough enough to make each nation like each other because he knows that he made peace by pretending to destroy the world with his peace plan the moons eye. what do you think? it makes more sence in my head. haha
