I didn't know Sasuke was having a conversation with the sage of six paths too. I mean how the hell can he access Sasuke mental plane if A it was never established that Sasuke could access to his own mental plane(but f that because I'm expecting Kishi to make sense). B from what the Sage made it seem like you need the tailed beast chakra to be able to talk to the sage even if you wanna bring up senju DNA in Sasuke from Kabuto he would still technically need the all the tailed beast chakra which I don't know if you guess it he does have unless Kishi bullsh*ts that Kabuto gave him that too. C WTF was The sage saying to Sasuke I mean Naruto is the child of the prophecy and even if you wanna say that Sasuke to could be COP there mentioned blue eyes (plus Nagato is also considered COP too ) so how the hell is Kishi gonna explain that. I mean sh*t when I was reading this chapter I was hype as shit think about Naruto and Sasuke both getting power up but then I thought about it and I'm like how the hell is Kishi gonna make sense of this

Hagoromo exists within every piece of chakra now, he can talk to whomever he wish. However, he seems to be picky about who he talks too. Sasuke reminds him of Indra, so its obvious that he would talk with Sasuke too.
