Well Sarada has really good chakra control so it would be a waste not to teach her the Byakugou. Even if she doesn't want to be a medical ninja and masters the sharingan, the vast amount of chakra stored in the seal would help her a lot.

No. The only thing she needs from Sakura is Byakugou. Taijutsu, Ninjutsu and Genjutsu training should be given by someone like Kakashi or Sasuke.
