Oh boy. I know Sakura fans might hate me for saying this but......... She's probably going to die or at least be hurt severely. Madara obviously has omnyoudon, when means that wherever Madara hits Sakura with his gudou-dama, won't be able to healed by Sakura's regeneration. Obito can't do a thing. He just said that he can't hold black Zetsu any longer. Unless we're dealing with a sudden willpower moment, at best for Sakura, she looses her arm. At worst, she dies.
