What can the Shinobi Alliance do to battle Madara?
Madara has reached Godly levels of power right now and even if Naruto and Sasuke were in good condition,
working together with the Shinobi Alliance, they probably could still not take Madara down like how they
managed to defeat Obito.
So what can be done to take on Madara?
The people OUTSIDE right now, around Madara, are not capable enough to take on Madara.
So Madara needs to be taken on from the INSIDE.
I believe the jutsu that Hashirama gave to Sasuke will be a Senjutsu binding ability.
This binding will respond to Hashirama's powers in Madara's and prevent
Madara from being able to the powers of Hashirama, that Madara has collected
and made part of himself.
Madara started to feel heavy in his CHEST(where the Hashi face is btw) and began to puke out the Sage's tools.
This could be the first sign of the binding starting to affect him.
His body wont be able to handle what he sealed inside him anymore.
Hashirama doesnt want to kill Madara. He knows Madara from when they were kids and he
see's him as a good person. Taking away all of Madara's enhancements like Hashirama's sage
mode and Mokuton for example, would bring him back more to his former self.
Hashirama wants to save Madara.
Unlike Naruto and Bee (who befriended their bijou to control the power), Obito didnt do such a thing.
Obito managed to keep control over Juubi, because of caring for who he is (Obito Uchiha) and
for his ties to this world (his friends, Kakashi and Rin and his sensei Minato). Basically a strong will and love.
We see how Obito didnt want to lose himself and still had ties to the world, even though for long,
he couldnt admit it.
Madara doesn have something similar. He isnt befriended with the Juubi and he doenst hold any ties to this world
and the people on it anymore. He lost hope for the world and all he cares about is the infinite Tsukuyomi.
The method he uses right now to control Juubi is basically supressing the Juubi with certain powers
(jutsus like eyes, sage mode and the likes). Once Hashirama's jutsu starts to take full effect,
Madara would have to resort to other ways to hold control over Juubi, but he wont have any.
He will have to release the Juubi or the Juubi will break free.
Once the Juubi is free, what can the Shinobi Alliance do to prevent it from going berserk?
The one person who has a chance to prevent the Juubi from going berserk on the people is Naruto.
He already gained the trust of bijous like:
Matatabi (2tails), Isobu (3tails), Son Goku(4tails), Kokuo(5tails), Saiken (6tails) Choumei (7tails).
However Naruto had not gained trust from all parts in the previous Juubi that was in Obito.
Shukaku didnt trust Gaara nor other humans, except the previous jinchuriki before Gaara,
the 8 tails tentacle was from a time where the 8 tails hadnt met Naruto yet
and the 9 tails parts (from Kinkaku and Ginkaku) were pieces of Kurama before he met Naruto.
Shukaku trusts humans now as well (seeing how Gaara protected him vs Madara and how
Gaara considered Shukaku and him equals (giving Shukaku flashbacks of his previous jinchuriki's words)
and he knows Gaara is thankful to Shukaku for meeting Naruto thanks to him (being a jinchuriki) and
befriending Naruto. Naruto and Gaara saved Shukaku from Obito.
Gyuki the 8 tails who is in the Gedo in Madara right now, has become a friend of Naruto as well and
the Yang Kurama that is in Madara, is obviously a friend of Naruto too.
So Naruto has befriended all the bijou, that make the new Juubi in Madara.
Naruto needs to communicate with the new Juubi in order to make it remember Naruto
when Juubi was still 9 parts, so it can gain its trust
and to find peace with each other through understanding.

, but losing the control is what would happen eventually I think. After being weakened in battle as you say.
