Even if there are bio shops where you can request for Bio creation, It is highly recommended to make the First bio by yourself how ever basic it may be.

There's a particular icon you can click about the comment box, with the font, size, etc., that has a picture of a tree inside a frame, click that, copy paste the url for the picture, and then click okay to post it, although the only error in how you're currently posting the img tag is that you're missing the ] symbol around the /img end tag.

shows the basic format for the bio, with the e-rank ninjutsu techniques you should include in your bio for at least your first one you can wrap them around a spoiler tag though so then no one actually needs to see them), essentially follow that format, adding pictures in a tasteful manner, for your first bio, making sure that no gratuitous spelling errors are found within the bio and that no formatting errors occur.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, no bio shops currently accept bio requests from first-time roleplayers, so requesting a bio from them is a waste of time until you're on your second/third bio.
