No. Sasuke is, just like Naruto and many other main characters, protected by the plot - at least up to a certain point. Even if everyone in that room attacked Sasuke together, he wouldn't die, for one reason or the other.

And if you want me to humor you and think 'realistically according to the story' or whatever, I doubt Hashirama would attack Sasuke unless he killed an innocent right before his very eyes.

Well this scenario is highly unlikely but he said that he will deal with Sasuke somehow because if he become new Madara not killing him would be a waste.
