Exactly, Obito says that he is, Naruto's Shadow Clone's split Chakra so evenly that even Sharingon can't tell which one is the real one as stated by Sasuke in part 1, Obito didn't think that the Naruto attacking him was even a clone until he disappeared and he didn't realize that he was Kamui'd so as soon as he entered his other dimension he naturally still figured it was a clone, Only Madara noticed that the Naruto Obito was focusing on wasn't the real one. So how can Obito exclaim that one one in his dimension is a clone when he couldn't even tell the one he was talking to was a clone?

i believe the real naruto is under ground...i mean its part of his fighting style being underground and waiting is it not? just look at the neji vs naruto fight at chunnin exams, he's probably preparing for super jutsu or something IMO

This is what I thought as well, I think you guys are all looking way to much into this. I mean look at the flow of the panels, it shows the clone Naruto standing in front of Kakashi, next panel it shows Kakashi with Naruto in the background, then a close up on Naruto. To me it is like, WHERE IS THE REAL ONE??? Then it shows you.

Also, I haven't seen anyone else point this out, but the Naruto standing in front of Bee is def. a clone. That's why Bee has him remove the stakes. If you read the dialogue (from ***********'s translation), it's clear that Bee thought it was the real Naruto standing in front of him, but, once he Madara reveals it to be a clone, Bee asks Naruto to remove the stakes. Bee previously told Naruto not to touch the stakes because they will bind his bijuu. However, once Bee realizes Naruto is a clone, there's evidently no danger of that happening: the clone can touch the stakes without consequence because bijuu itself is not sealed in the clone.

You have way of proving because he said "too" he saw both of them, he most likely said that because the last naruto he saw when he was with the kages was a shadow clone as well.

He has seen the real naruto which is why he said I will get the nine tails and the 8 tails.
