*It hits Arrow's left arm and freezes it against the wall*

Shinigami: *about to approach Luthor and notices arrow in trouble* Dam it............. *teleports to freeze and begins to heat up his armour causing it to melt and sends a fireball onto Arrows arm* Come on we have to go after Luthor before he escapes!
