He uses a sword to embody his powers into because he struggles to control them once let loose. He requires improvement in control and therefore came to the academy seeking help. The hero is also not a hero yet because he knows people will be in grave danger whether innocent or not within his presence once his sword is drawn. He gained his powers after the Japanese Tsunami in 009 when the nuclear reactor exploded. Blinding him and granting him mutations.
