Uh, no? First of all, RSM =/= Rinnegan, where did you even get that from? That's like me saying the Rinnegan gives the user an equal amount of sensory powers as RSM does. Second, a TSB shield will do nothing, as IT rays canonically puncture through solid surfaces, and unless you can show me a scan where TSB are stated to block rays of the most powerful genjutsu, you can move right along.
