Instead of the 1st hokage fighting madara it was the 2nd hokage tobirama what i'm trying to say is imagine if things were different and tobirama thought madara and not hashirama not only that but imagine how things would have turned out if people like orochimaru,tobi,kabuto etc were interested in tobiramas dna and infused it within their body also imagine if zetsu was created using tobiramas dna .

Tobimaru would have died. He does not have the ability to suppress the Kyuubi's Chakra. What would his DNA contribute to. He has not true attributes that would make him seem unparalleled or compared to the Sage. He only has techniques which could be possibly learned without his DNA.
