1. One Piece There anyone can become strong if you train hard enough. In Naruto, if you aren't senju/uchiha or got a chakra beast inside you, you pretty much are fodder.

2. Idk really. Probably a bad ass weapon specialist of some sort. I always loved the metal tonfas. I'm not into being like an established character. I want to be different.

3. Narutoverse is strongest currently, but once the top tiers get feats, they will own XD.



Got to love the bias from some of the people answering. All they know is Naruto.
