Why...in the hell...can't naruto...use the rasengan with one hand?!! He's done it ONE TIME!! Why the hell can't he do it again?

Naruto has never done it with one hand. In that video, it was the Kyuubi chakra which formed another hand that created the Rasengan.

It never showed the kyuubi chakra forming another hand. AND he didn't know he could use the chakra of the kyuubi to make hands til...well the video from today. This vid clearly shows him doing with one hand.

Even if it wasn't a hand, it clearly showed that he had the help of the Kyuubi's chakra (look at 0:04-0:12). Naruto didn't do it on his own. He had the help of Kyuubi's chakra. Naruto cannot do Rasengan with just one hand. He needs the help of either a Shadow clone or the Kyuubi's chakra.

All the other times he has used the Kyuubi Chakra (I'm assuming this is before Naruto mastered Kyuubi Mode), he has never used the Rasengan.

Naruto V Haku - Naruto hadn't even learnt Rasengan yet.
Naruto V Orochimaru (Chunin exams) - same thing
Naruto V Kimmimaro - Naruto never used Rasengan
Naruto V Deidara - Naruto never used Rasengan
Naruto V Orochimaru - same thing
Naruto V Pain - same thing

And it's pretty clear in that video that the Kyuubi chakra was helping Naruto create the Rasengan, look at the chakra converging onto the Rasengan, that's definitely because of the Kyuubi's chakra.

So I still maintain that Naruto has never used the Rasengan with one hand without help.
