And many people have already thought about that simple fact... there are some nihilists who believe that nothing really exists in this world, not even us.

Though, this quote from René Descartes has often been used to oppose those kind of thoughts:

A will is never free. It's a structure in the mind that has boundaries, it precedes on urges that forces/drives one to continue. You can lose your will, which is closer to freedom, actually. Freedom is limitless, a will is not.

What's your definition on 'real' people? most people aren't as genuine as think think themselves to be. Only to be tested through experiences, one can see what oneself is.

What is human and what is inhuman? What is real and what not? We simply are.

Why do we even need to think about it? Even if you find out that our world is not real, are you really ready to find out what's going on outside of this illusion? Isn't it simplier to live here without this knowledge, especially if you will get 'there' after your death anyway?

As a child I used to think the world actually revolved around me. Like if I were to leave an area, time would stop moving there until I came back.

It's really complex though , but I do belive that this is reality .

Well I don't think René Descartes is completely correct. There areoften times when you can reason in your dreams. However the dreams are not real. According to some philosophy, it says
Nothing real ceases to exist and hence something that ceases to exist is not real.
Further, it says that nothing in this universe is real excepting the souls.
