When you recieve reg rep, you get a green bar by the stuff
What in the Bulbasaur is a gray bar? :bouncy:

A gray bar equals neutral rep or 0.
It isn't positive nor negative.

However, Premium members have the ability to hide their reputation, therefor they manage their Rep so that a gray bar is visible to other members. This is most common.
