When you have gotten 50 posts. You cannot make an Uchiha bio(needs 1500 for that), not a Nara, simply: No Kekkei Genkai bios. But you can make your own bio, a bio you just make up.

Once you reach 50 posts, you are allowed to make a Roleplaying Biography since you have become what as known as a Genin. Once youve reached that, decide which character you want to make and look to see if there are any rules needed to acquire him/her. You can make a custom character but you need to read the rules that cover what you are allowed to make and what can be approved.
Once youve figured it out, use a template to post your bio
