then its declined for whatever reason he states and you make another bio thats not the same as this one. Personally I think its because of your bg history. Try and change it so it has nothing to do with the Uchiha clans destruction and the "death" of your bio. Its a obvious rip of Shusui of the Mirage/ and Itachi. The Uzumakis are from the whirlpool village, in the land of the waves, not from the leaf. The only previously mentioned Uzumakis are the first hokages wife, and narutos mom. + like others say ask Zen hes the man in charge of it any other info you get is basicly an educated guess.

But yea. first of all read all the rules.. I'll give you a few links and read them ALL carefully it will answer all the questions you have. And pay close attention to bio restrictions. Most clans have restrictions. But yea anyways just go thru the links I posted below and re-do your bio.
