So i wanted to make a few signs for myself and i have 2 questions
1.Can someone explain me the basics of any good program for this?
2.Do you know any good trix with that program that could help me too?

Wrong section dude, this is for displaying your work in various image editing/creating programs such as paint, gimp, photoshop etc.

The 2 best are Gimp, which is free and can easily be found by searchign it on google. Photoshop I find is better and easier to use but it costs money, around $500-$800 depending on where you buy it, but there are torrents, iso on the internet you can DL for free or go to Adobe.com and look for photoshop to DL or receive a 30 day free trail.

The only good tricks I know is to use tutorials, either here on NB or through Google.

i donwloaded photoshop i i cant do ANYTHING i dont even know how to color the f****** photo
can someone please help i tried whit almost EWERY tutorial and nothing

I think the best way to find out is just to try stuff... I did that to and I got the basics now Maybe try on youtube, you can find basic photoshop stuff, more then you can watch in one day
