So i bought this laptop recently everything was working fine then the touchpad stopped working

i used fn+numlk etc and it it still didn't work.

Its been years since i used lapotop so i am a noob .Is there an easy way i can fix this problem right now without going to repair shop?

is 't there some kind of lock on the touchpads on laptops?

If there is shining a little light at ur touchpad you should hold
Ur finger on it. Atleast its what i did. Or something at
Settings.
Can't give more info tho sorry. Probably shod search on youtube

There must be a little button near it. You must have touched it. Touch it again and it will unlock.
