How do I remove visitor messages, I might have bashed someones favourite character and now they are really angry posting bad visitor messages

Click on the check box to the right of the message(s). Then scroll down to the bottom of the page. It should say "Moderation Tools" somewhere. Press it, and it will ask what to do with the selected message(s). You can then choose to delete

There is a small white box next to each message. Check the ones you want to delete, then at the bottom is a button called moderation tools. It'll give you the option to delete VM's posted on your profile.

There is a box on the right side of "view conversation"

Click that then go to the bottom of all your vm messages and there is a box that says moderation. Click that and it says delete

That's how it works. No one can see it but you.

You can go to their profile and add them to ignore list. You will never see them again!

User CP - General setting - Turn VM's off.

Or you can also report the annoying vm's

Best option is to add the person to your ignore list or if his or her vms are offensive or rule breaking in any way, report them.
