is there a limit on the amount of Jutsu you can learn?

and how do you add Jutsu you learned into you bio?

and you can learn jutsu's according to your levels i mean your positon {gennin\chunnin\jounin} etc
you need to recreate your bio thread giving the title " updated need re-approvel -nameof your bio- "
